When your transfer day arrives, we will get in touch to confirm your information. We will provide the necessary transfer details. At the airport, we will welcome you with either a name plate or a code.
If you need to change or cancel your taxi reservation, contact us via info@damataxi.com or our 24/7 call center at least 24 hours before your pick-up. Refunds for cancellations within 24 hours are not guaranteed. Tour reservations must also be canceled 24 hours in advance for a refund.
You are not required to do anything. We will keep track of your flight with the flight number and make necessary adjustments for any delays.

We do not take responsibility for lost or forgotten items during your trip, but if you contact us immediately, we will help. If the driver is still nearby, we will return the item at no charge. If the driver has left, a fee will apply for the return.
